This course focuses on helping coaches turn assessment results into meaningful conversations, deeper insight and lasting growth. It provides an overview of various assessments, inventories, and tools for creating awareness with clients. Attention is given to learning how to move beyond scores and profiles into practical coaching that changes people, teams, and leadership. Among those addressed will be: Working Genius, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Emotional Intelligence EQ, Leadership Practices Inventory 360 (LPI 360), CliftonStrengths, and DISC. Prerequisites: Intro to Coaching, 1 other course, and more than 15 logged hours of coaching.

If you need to drop the class after registering, your tuition can be transferred to a future course offering. However, due to accreditation requirements, missing any portion of a class may require a full retake in order to receive credit.
