This course provides an overview of various assessments and tools for creating awareness with clients. Among the instruments addressed will be the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder), Leadership Practices Inventory 360 (LPI 360), and DiSC. Focus is given to discerning which instruments can be useful in client situations, what steps are necessary for utilizing various instruments, and how to promote effective client engagement with instruments. Prerequisites: Intro to Coaching, Building a Dynamic Coaching Relationship, 1 other course, and more than 15 logged hours of coaching.
