This course helps coaches grow in their skill and demonstration of the core coaching competencies. This allows students to coach and be coached in an environment that includes feedback with the purpose of enhancing their ability to coach with greater effectiveness. Competencies Development (formerly titled Group Mentor Coaching) is designed to fulfill the ICF and CCNI credentialing allowance of up to 7 group mentor hours of the 10 required mentor hours. Prerequisites: Intro to Coaching, Building a Dynamic Coaching Relationship, and more than 15 logged hours of coaching. Full attendance and participation are required.

Class meets on the following: 6x’s Tuesdays 10:30am-12:30pm Central Time via Zoom.

Registration is open until 14 days before class begins. If you miss the registration deadline, please contact us to ask about late enrollment options.

If you need to drop the class after registering, your tuition can be transferred to a future course offering. However, due to accreditation requirements, missing any portion of a class may require a full retake in order to receive credit.
