Become a Coach
Thank you for your interest in becoming a coach with the Global Center for Coaching!
Our coaches are independent contractors of Western Seminary contracted to provide coaching to our clients. We take care of the majority of the administrative work so that you can focus on coaching well. Our coaches experience the benefit of a faith based, focused, high impact team, and deep commitment to robust feedback and servant leadership. If you are a strong coach with a desire to serve and grow in your skills, you may be a great addition to our coach team!
We contract with credentialed coaches. Credentialed coaches have credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) including ACC, PCC, and MCC, as well as all other minimum requirements.
General Requirements
A graduate of Western Seminary’s Coach Training Program (CTC or ACTC)
At least 100 logged hours of coaching experience
High-quality pure coaching skills
A joy to serve
Agreement with the World Evangelical Alliance Statement of Faith

You may apply to become a coach with the Global Center for Coaching by clicking the button below. Applications are always welcome; however, we are not always actively adding to our coach team. We will notify applicants when we are reviewing applications if we are interested in pursuing next steps.
As part of your application, you will be asked to upload a log of coaching hours and documentation of your highest completed certificate or ICF credentials. Please be aware of privacy and confidentiality and remove any identifying information of clients from the documents you submit.
