This course is designed to give the coach individual feedback focused on the being of the coach. Individual challenges are addressed while maximizing the strengths of the coach. Emphasis is given to creating awareness of factors that influence how the coach shows up for the client, along with exploring solutions to increase self-efficacy and enhance personal agency. Upon completion, coaches will take away a rich experience having interacted with a seasoned coach and the confidence to thrive within their ministry or work setting. Prerequisites: Intro to Coaching, 5 other courses including Group Mentor, and more than 40 logged hours of coaching.

End Date: March 25, 2026

Class meets on the following:  first & last day 3-4:30pm Central Time + 4 one-on-one sessions scheduled w/Instructor via Zoom or Phone.

Refund & Registration Policy

Registration is open until 14 days before class begins. If you miss the registration deadline, please contact us to ask about late enrollment options.

If you need to drop the class after registering, your tuition can be transferred to a future course offering. However, due to accreditation requirements, missing any portion of a class may require a full retake in order to receive credit.
