This course provides the knowledge and practical skills to help individuals and teams navigate conflict. Attention is given to how people handle conflict, while presenting conflict resolution models and coaching tools to equip the coach to work with confidence. Prerequisites: Intro to Coaching, Building a Dynamic Coaching Relationship, 1 other course, and more than 15 logged hours of coaching.

Class meets on the following: 2 Saturdays in a row 11am-5pm Central Time via Zoom.

If you need to drop the class after registering, your tuition can be transferred to a future course offering. However, due to accreditation requirements, missing any portion of a class may require a full retake in order to receive credit.
